ALARA presents

Dr Fran Finn - Executive Coaching

Lecturer, Faculty of Business, School of Management
Queensland University of Technology

Executive coaching has been described as a multibillion dollar enterprise, costing some organisations up to $15,000 per day.  It has also been reported as the second fastest growth industry.  Despite these astounding figures, there is little evidence on the effectiveness of executive coaching.  Fran's research program investigated the psychological and behavioural effects of executive coaching on leadership development.  The results provide empirical evidence demonstrating positive transformational leadership development outcomes from executive coaching.
