The Moreno Collegium is running a unique and highly original program for organisational and leadership coaching. This program creates a highly challenging yet supportive framework for professional who manage others to develop flexibility in how they work with people.
Program focus
Managing and leading people in any environment is at times enormously tricky, difficult, problematic, inexact, lonely and frustrating. This of course means that leadership is not easy. This program will be focusing on moments in your work where you could really use a hand.
What to expect
This program is designed for people who live, work and manage people. We will be looking in detail at some of the lived experiences of those in the group and bringing our collective wisdom to each situation. Our focus will move between the details and the various levels of context - the team, the Department, the family, the market, the state and the community - the effects they have on this situation. Participants can expect to take away:
- A more functional and broad appreciation of their work situation
- A sense of greater possibilities as a leader
- Strategies for improving their work life
- Strategies for developing a meaningful work life balance
- Strategies for working with difficult staff or clients
- A reduced sense of isolation
- Actions plans for a range of important work situations
Psychodrama methodology
We will be using the psychodrama methodology while investigating the dilemmas and pitfalls of organisations. The psychodrama method is a remarkable method. It is ideally suited to exploring complex human systems and developing new solutions to old and stuck situations. It brings fluidity to rigid systems and liveliness to worried leaders. It can be used to try out new solutions, to explore possibilities and to investigate hidden assumptions. Working with you as a leader the basic premise is that if you are feeling more spontaneous in yourself then your workplace and life will benefit.

Cost (inc GST) $470, $440 for repeat programs,$400 for self funding participants if paid at first session
$1,600 for the entire year of 18 afternoons including GST
