Engagement and other delights

This area is designed for links and posts and blogs and clips and the like. They are put here to encourage and engage people to find more uses for this website. I hope you are able to find something of value here. It is starting quite small and it will grow.

On the left you will see a few pages that relate to interesting things. They usually start off here and then they have their own page after a day or two. And also on the left is the link to the blogs which Peter puts together on a semi-regular basis.

This next link is a very valuable piece of research. It shows that how we remember our lives is often in contradiction to what we experienced. Or to put it another way, one bad experience amongst a pile of good ones can colour the whole experience as bad. Often this relates to how we view aspects of our lives. A psychodrama enactment certainly makes it very possible to reconnect and recontact with real memories, feelings, thoughts and experiences from the past. These can then be modified, expanded, adjusted or re-done entirely. And that then creates an extraordinary change to the way we look at our lives afterwards and to how we feel about ourselves.
