An integration of theory and
practice occurs. Trainees see and feel development occurring. As they
apply learnings in their work, in their personal lives and in
activities in the training group further supervision and teaching leads
to refinement of abilities and the opening up of new areas of learning.
Reading, written assignments and relevant tasks are recommended.
