Located at 45 Clarence St, Coorparoo, 10 minutes from the city, this venue is suitable for community groups, organisations and individuals looking for a space to hold trainings, workshops, meetings etc.

The air conditioned venue has three rooms available.
1) Large Training Room - suitable for up to 40 people in comfort or more for shorter session, includes large whiteboard.
2) Medium training Room - suitable for up to 15 - 20 or more for shorter sessions
3) Library meeting room - suitable for up to 16 people
The venue has two kitchen areas, instant hot water and normal amenities plus a shower. Tea and instant coffee are included in the rental. Fresh coffee is available at a small extra charge per pot.

How to book
Please check the Events Calendar for the times you are considering. If a suitable date is free, remembering we can have up to three booking at one time, send me an email giving me your details, the dates, times and room you think you require and I will hold those times until we confirm your needs.
There are three room options. Downstairs - which is suitable for up to 40 in comfort or more for shorter sessions. Upstairs - suitable for 15 - 20 people and our Library which can be used either as a small group room for up to 16 people or a boardroom for 12 or so people.
